The Roma Set is a commercial hospitality brand operated by OPERADORA GMC, a company established in Mexico. Reservations and payments made through this website are processed and collected by OPERADORA GMC.

Reservations and payment

Payments are securely processed by Stripe on behalf of OPERADORA GMC. The final booking summary displays the applicable charges and total before payment.

Cancellation policy

Firm · Under 28 nights: 100% refund before Stripe fees at least 30 days before check-in; 50% of the accommodation amount refunded from 7 to less than 30 days before check-in; no accommodation refund less than 7 days before check-in. The 100% refund before Stripe fees also applies within 24 hours of confirmation if confirmed at least 7 days before arrival. Once charged, actual non-recoverable Stripe processing fees are deducted from any eligible refund, including during the 24-hour window.

Firm · 28 nights or more: 100% refund before Stripe fees at least 30 days before check-in. After that, nights already used plus the next 30 nights are payable, never more than the nights in your reservation. The short-stay 24-hour exception does not apply. Once charged, actual non-recoverable Stripe processing fees are deducted from any eligible refund.

Deadlines use the home's check-in time in Mexico City. Cleaning follows the accommodation refund rule. Applicable tax refunds are calculated separately. Stripe fees are deducted only after an actual charge, never for simply saving a card, and only once per original charge. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to request cancellation; the time we receive your request determines the deadline. Bookings made on Airbnb follow the terms shown on Airbnb. Existing direct reservations keep their original terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Payment schedule

For new reservations more than 30 days before check-in, Stripe saves your payment method and charges the full total 30 days before arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less before check-in are charged immediately. The payment date and cancellation rights are separate.

Optional booking measurement

When measurement is allowed, pseudonymous analytics and advertising identifiers may be kept with a booking for up to 90 days to measure a later payment. Guest contact details and payment-card information are not included in measurement events. Reject through Privacy choices on the same browser, or contact us to request removal. This does not cancel a reservation or change its payment schedule.
